Open Training Camps

Objectives

Bob Brett School of Tennis runs three training camps per year for tennis players from age 9 to 18 years old. Players can enroll for minimum of one week or full training period (approximately 3 weeks).

During this training sessions all new players will be assessed by Bob Brett. Following the assessment the player, parents and or coaches accompanied will be briefed with the areas to improve player performances by setting goals. During training period Bob Brett and his team will follow up with player improvement progress until improvement targets are met.

The upcoming training camps are as follows. Due to high volume of inquiries and limited place availability we allocate places first come first serve basis.

Morning Session

Morning session starts with a 15 to 30 minutes warm up from 7:45 AM.

08:15 – 10:00 – various drills with targets to be achieved. During the session players will be observed and assessed by Bob Brett.

10:00 – 11:00 – Strength and Conditioning Training: We have a dedicated coach for strength and conditioning training. Players will be training in mixed facilities including out doors, on site Gym, swimming pool (in summer) and athletic track (400m running)

11:00 – 13:00 – Lunch Break:

Afternoon Session

Afternoon session starts with a 15 to 30 minutes warm up from 12:45 Hr.

13:15 Р15:00 РTennis Training: All players will be followed up with progress they made during the morning session and end the training session with Up and Down match play. During the session players are continuously observed and assessed by Bob Brett and team.

15:00 – 16:00 – Strength and Conditioning Training: Based on Bob Brett’s feedback the S&C coach plans his program for the players. Players will be training in mixed facilities including out doors, on site Gym, swimming pool (in summer) and athletic track (400 M running)

16:00 – Training end for the day
